HOW TO ORDER

To order from our online shop, add the products you want to your basket and complete your order by clicking “Check Out”. Choose your preferred payment method (card payment or PayPal). As soon as we receive your order we will contact you by e-mail to confirm it, and once the full amount has been paid, we will start preparing it for shipping. When it has been shipped, we will e-mail you again with the tracking number of your order.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping takes 1–3 working days, depending on how busy the period is (during holiday periods preparation and/or shipping time may increase). In any case, we always try to stay on schedule and make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped with ELTA Courier. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days, except for remote areas where it is 1–5 working days from the shipping date. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

More specifically,

  • For deliveries within Attica, costs are as follows: €3.00 for parcels up to 2 kg, plus €0.50 for each additional kilo.

 

  • For deliveries outside Attica, to mainland and island Greece, costs are as follows: €4.00 for parcels up to 2 kg, plus €0.50 for each additional kilo.

 

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over €40 anywhere in Greece.

 

– For orders from abroad, or if you would prefer delivery by a courier other than our partner company, please send us your order by e-mail so that the new shipping costs can be calculated correctly.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which you can use to follow its progress and locate it by clicking the link here.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND INSTRUCTIONS

You can pay for your order via PayPal, by card or by bank transfer.

If you would like to order by private message, you can pay using any of the methods available above.

  • Cash on delivery with an extra charge of 2 euros.

 

If you choose one of the payment methods above, please make sure to include your full name in the payment reference and e-mail us your proof of payment. Any interbank fees must be paid in full by the sender.
